Using campaigns in the Renewal Pipeline

Communicating with you insureds, particularly during the renewal process, is a vital part of any agency's retention plans. The better an agent communicates with an insured, the higher the likelihood the insured stays with the agency. Luckily, we made it easy to trigger campaigns directly from the Renewal Pipeline so you won't have to click back and forth between contact cards and the pipeline. 

 

1. While in the Renewal Pipeline, you can click on any card and see all of the expiring policy information plus any Active Campaigns. You can also add the contact to a campaign directly from this card

2. As you can see, this contact is not on a campaign. We can add them to one by simply clicking on the Add To Campaign button above. This will open up a list of all available campaigns that they can be added to. This list will include Pending Cancellation, Carrier Insolvency, Policy Review, and all of your active Cross-Sell campaigns.

3. Simply click on Start Campaign and that's it! They will now be on the campaign and communications will start going out based on your Agency Campaign Settings.
