Unlinked Opportunities In The Service Center

How do Unlinked Opportunities work inside of the Service Center?

Unlinked Opportunities are created inside the Service Center pipeline when there is no matching contact in your Better Agency.

Common examples might be unanswered voicemails or web form submissions.

You can choose to create a new contact inside of the unlinked opportunity.

1) Open the unlinked opportunity

2) Select "Create New Contact"

3) Enter the contact details

You can link to an existing contact inside of the unlinked opportunity.

1) Open the unlinked opportunity

2) Select "Link To Contact"

3) Search for the existing contact
