Triggering campaigns from the Renewal Pipeline

This article will go in to how to launch a campaign from the Renewal Pipeline as well as which campaigns are available

In order to launch a campaign from a Renewal Card, first open up a Renewal Opportunity

You'll see that you have the ability to both stop a current campaign as well as add the contact to a new campaign. If you click on the green Add to Campaign button, you will see the list of all of your active Cross-Sell campaigns that are available to use as well as the Annual policy Review campaign. 

Simply click Start Campaign and the campaign will begin!
