Tracking claim payouts in the Service Center
How do I add total claim payouts to claim tickets in the Service Center?
You can do this very easily by moving any claim ticket to Closed Opportunities in the Service Center. Once you do this, you will see a box on the card for you to input the total claim payout. This field can be edited even after moving the card to closed in case an additional payment is made for any reason.
