Reset An Agent's Password In Proposals

The following steps walk you through how to change an agent's password.

1. Log in to your account by going to www.myins.info.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the main navigation across the top of the screen and select “Users”  in the dropdown menu.
3. Click “Edit” by the user you would like to access.
4. Select the “Click Here to Reset Your Password” link.
5. Input the new password in both text boxes.
6. When complete, click on the “Save” button.
