Release Notes 26.5 (05/17/2023)
Our 26.5 release on May 15th, 2023 includes several new features and enhancements that will make your job easier. In this post, we'll highlight some of the most important changes so you can start using them right away.
CRM Updates
- New Contact Record: The Contact Record is now out of Beta.
- Downloaded Policy View: Enhance your understanding of policies with our new downloaded policy view feature.
- Task Completion via Checkbox: Complete tasks directly by checking the corresponding checkbox.
- Pin Note: Prioritize important notes by pinning them to the top of the contact record.
- Email Attachment Download: You can now download attachments directly from emails.
- Acords Edit Options: Acords can now be renamed or deleted as per your needs.
- Acord Creation from Policy View: Create Acords directly from the policy view.
- Stop Campaign Feature: When a prospect or client responds to a campaign message, it will now stop sending new messages related to that campaign.
AMS Updates
- ACORD Integration Enhancements: We've expanded our ACORD form support and integration with the IVANS policy database.
- ACORD 80 Homeowner Application: This is now fully mapped to the IVANS policy database. Existing policies in IVANS will autofill into the ACORD form.
- Support for ACORD 829 Forms and Endorsement Schedules: Manage your endorsements more effectively with our new support for ACORD 829.
- Support for ACORD 196 Medical Professional Liability: We now support ACORD 196, providing an easier way to manage medical professional liability.
