Release Notes 26.4 (5/2/2023)

Our 26.4 release on May 2nd, 2023 includes several new features and enhancements that will make your job easier. In this post, we'll highlight some of the most important changes so you can start using them right away.

CRM

  • Pause campaigns when a reply is received
    • This is now a user-level permission that is located on the Edit Profile page. If the box is checked, then campaigns will automatically pause when a reply is received, email or SMS
  • Add missing fields to ‘Add Contact’ page
    • There were several fields such as Driver’s License, Client Since, Tags, etc that were only available once a contact was created. These are now all on the ‘Add Contact’ page
    • We also used this time to move around some of the fields so that they make more sense like putting the “I have permission to text this person” underneath the phone number field and not at the bottom of the page
  • Creating service opportunity from the policy view
    • We made several adjustments to the experience last year when creating a service opportunity from the service center but we never improved the experience from the contact record
    • Now the process will be exactly the same in both areas
  • Clicking service ticket number opens service center in a new tab
  • Alphabetize service request types
  • Refresh the page after a user makes a change to a commercial contact
    • It appeared as though checking the “I have permission” box on a commercial contact was not actually taking but we just weren’t refreshing the page to indicate the change was saved successfully.
