Release Notes 26.3 (4/5/2023)

Our 26.3 release on April 5th, 2023 includes several new features and enhancements that will make your job easier. In this post, we'll highlight some of the most important changes so you can start using them right away.

CRM

  • Ability to assign Post Binding Obligation Tasks
    • Previously, there was no way to assign the task created via the Post Binding Obligations which was causing workflow issues for agencies. Now, they will be able to assign the Tasks to a specific user, follow the relationship routing rules for the Opportunity owner (service team), or assign directly to the service team
  • Sales Pipeline Campaigns will follow the Opportunity Owner, not Contact Owner
    • Now, the campaigns will follow the relationship routing rules of the Opp owner rather than the Contact owner

  • New Sales Pipeline in Open Beta
    • This will be similar to the Contact Record beta in that a button will be in the Sales Pipeline that will allow users to toggle between the new and the old versions

  • Only show Policy Types and Carriers added from Carrier Commissions page
    • Rather than seeing every single Carrier and Policy Type available in our system when creating a new opportunity, users will now only see the Carriers and Policy Types that they have added via the Carrier Commissions page
  • TCR Changes
    • In a nutshell, the mobile carriers have gotten together to try to crack down on all of the spam messages being sent. Because of this, any 10 digit phone number not registered on their campaign registry will have all texts flagged as spam by default. We are working on our end to set up our current users as well as future users properly so they will not have to worry about this
    • As of right now, we are not expecting any delays in users being able to send texts but please keep in mind this is a fluid situation that can (and will) change several times before it is complete
    • What we are doing is to add a new page in Edit Agency with all of the info the agency will need to submit to us so we can submit their numbers to the campaign registry on their behalf

AMS

  • Create Future Effective policy when RWL or RWQ download is received

    • We were only creating these future effective policies when the renewal opportunity was moved to Complete. When we rolled out the functionality of moving the card to the Above/Below stage, this exposed the missing functionality and created issues for users trying to track down future effective policies that didn’t exist yet in the system
  • Change policy status to Future Cancellation when XLC download is received

    • We were cancelling these policies immediately instead of queuing them up to be cancelled based on the effective date in the download
