Release Notes 25.2 (2/7/2023)

Our 25.2 release on February 7th, 2023 includes several new features and enhancements that will make your job easier. In this post, we'll highlight some of the most important changes so you can start using them right away.

CRM


  • Added Book of Business report
    • This report is what was previously at the bottom of the Agency Health report
    • The main differences for this one is that we fixed it so that Gained Clients/Policies are being pulled from the Sold Date instead of the opportunity creation date which was not accurate and the Lost Clients/Policies are not including lost opportunities any longer (also incorrect from the start)
    • Users will also be able to toggle between Sold Date and Effective Date when determining Clients or Policies won

  •  Added MGA to search filters and reporting filters
  • Since we added the MGA to the policy record last sprint, we wanted to be able to give users the ability to use that data to search and pull reports. They will now be able to do that anywhere that they can filter by Carrier
