A comprehensive guide to our full 22.8.2 release on August 23rd of 2022
Enhancements:
- Personal/Commercial split
- This is HUGE and has been a long time coming. Users no longer need to create a Personal Contact for every single Commercial Contact.
- Users can create new Commercial Contacts manually, via import, via the NowCerts integration, IVANS, and (soon) via Zapier. They can also update existing Commercial Contacts via the methods above as well as the EZLynx Sync
- A Personal Contact CAN be associated with one business or many but it is not required. If a user associates a single Personal Contact to multiple Commercial Contacts, they can also have all communications meant for those Commercial Contacts sent to the Personal Contact. This means that there is no longer a need to have the same email on a Personal Record as a Commercial. This was a big pain point for a lot of users and has now been resolved
- Update UI on Edit Profile screen
- On both the Edit Agency and Manage Users screens, the top text said simply, “Edit Agency” or “Manage Users.” For some reason the Edit Profile page said “Fill out the form below to update your profile”
- Not a huge issue but an annoying UI piece that is now fixed
- New ACORD Forms
- 29 Evidence of Flood Insurance
- 30 Certificate of Garage Insurance
- 50 Auto ID (some states, all states by next week)
- ACORD Autosave
- ACORD Forms will now autosave after being idle 15 seconds
