A comprehensive guide to our full 22.6.2 release on June 28th of 2022
Enhancements:
- Added Business Email and Business Phone fields to Commercial Contacts
- We only had a spot for the contact phone and email previously but now the business itself will have both and they will be used for de-duplicate purposes when importing businesses
- Ignore Year when importing X-Dates
- If a user was importing a list of prospects and the year was anything other than the previous year, the x-date campaign wouldn’t fire off
- Now, we are looking at the day and month of the x-date and sending the campaign based on that
- Users can still import x-dates with years on them, they will just no longer play a factor in the x-date campaign (which they shouldn’t have been doing previously anyway)
- Renewals will no longer overwrite existing policy info
- When a policy comes up for renewal, we will no longer just write over the existing policy, we will create a new, future effective policy
- When this date comes up, the expiring policy will go to Inactive and the Renewed policy will go to Active automatically
- IVANS users can have Acords turned on before connecting BA to IVANS
- This was causing a lot of problems with users that were needing access to Acords right away. Now, they will have that access
