Release Notes - 22.6.1

A comprehensive guide to our full 22.6.1release on June 14th of 2022

Enhancements: 

  • Users will be notified in their account if their email sync expired
      • We will push a pop up notification to the user affected if their email sync comes undone for any reason
  • Premium is now required for a policy to be moved to Won
      • Premium, Carrier, Effective Date, Term Length, and Policy Type are all required now
  • Users will see Carriers by Policy Type in the Sales Pipeline now instead of seeing every Carrier for every single Policy Type
      • This means that if I only have 5 carriers that I sell Life Insurance with, when I create an opportunity in the Sales Pipeline for a Life policy I will only see those 5 Carriers instead of having to scroll through the entire Carrier list or search for them
  • Auto Complete Tasks in Sales Pipeline when Opportunity moves stages
      • Users will no longer have to manually complete every single Working Task that was created when an opportunity was parked there for 2 weeks. As soon as the opportunity moves to another stage, those Tasks will all be completed automatically
  • Search box for Carriers
      • After the Carrier Standardization, we now see a bunch more Carriers in the list. Now, there is a search box for users to utilize rather than having to scroll through a list of 500+ Carriers to find the correct one
  • Delete Secondary Contacts when an import is rolled back
    • This was just an oversight on our part. We were deleting primary contacts when an import was rolled back but not secondary contacts. This was resulting in issues when a user tried to create a new contact using the secondary contact info that was not deleted
