Release 22.4.2

A comprehensive guide to our full 22.4.2 release on April 19th of 2022

Enhancements:

  • Allow users to trigger referral partner campaigns from anywhere
      • We were only allowing users to launch this specific campaign if the prospect came in via Zapier or from the referral partner link. Now, users will be able to launch this from the contact card, contact list, and from an import. 
      • This will only trigger if the prospect has a policy type and the specific referral partner’s email on the import and only if the lead source and policy type match on the contact record

  • Future Effective policies no longer count towards premium on reports
      • Specifically, on the total premium in force on the Agency Health Report, this will only count active premium
  • Added Preferred Name and Middle Name for Secondary Contacts
      • The preferred name will act the same on the Secondary as it does on the Primary for any communications that go out
  • Lost Reasons vs Cancellation Reasons
  • Allow for multiple of the same policy type on a single Opportunity
  • Allow users to associate a task to a policy
      • This is going to replace the Next Actions in each Pipeline. The Next Action only lives in whatever Pipeline it was created in and doesn’t show up on any task list or contact record. 
      • If a task is overdue, the card that it is tied to will glow red just like the Next Action does
  • Users will be able to import to the x-date campaign WITHOUT having to create a policy in the Sales Pipeline
    • This was something that was just unaccounted for when we released the ability to import without having to place a prospect in a Sales Pipeline stage.
