Cancel Broadcasts - Users with Admin and Manager permissions can now cancel a scheduled broadcast. You can find out more information on this feature HERE
Start Win Back Campaign for Inactive Contacts - When adding a new inactive contact, users have the option to start the Win Back campaign (release 11/16). You can find out more information on this feature HERE
Normalized Note Types - We were allowing users to create their own note types. This caused a huge issue with the database. We now have a set list of note types that are not user-configurable. Further work will be done to map the existing note types to the standard set.
ACORD Forms - You can now use pre-fill ACORD forms within Better Agency. You can find out more information on this feature HERE

Broadcast Details - There was an issue with the broadcast tool where individual items in the broadcast weren’t being marked as sent, so they were being sent multiple times
Duplicate Contacts in Broadcast - There was an issue where a contact could be included in a broadcast multiple times. We are now filtering so that an email or phone number can only be included one time in a given broadcast
Missing Active Campaigns on Opportunity Card - There was an issue with some opportunity cards where the list of active campaigns wasn't reflecting the right information
Broadcast Templates Not Visible - There was an issue where some broadcast templates were not visible under the My Templates tab
IMAP Email Sync Issue - Some users were reporting an issue setting up their IMAP connection with their server.
Note Table Clean-up - There was an issue where notes were being duplicated. The duplicate records were deleted.
