Release Notes - 21.10.3

Enhancements

  • Auto-close Quote Sent - An option was added to the agency settings to automatically close opportunities in the Quote Sent stage after a certain number of days. It will also set the x-date for the contact to the date the opportunity was moved into the Quote Sent stage. The x-date campaign will automatically be started as well.
  • Referral Partner Screen - there were a few enhancements to this screen:
    • The list of Referral Partners can now be filtered by Partner Type
    • All columns are sortable
    • Name, Email, Phone and Company are all searchable fields
  • Email Attachments Stored and Attached - Users now have the option to store email attachments to the contact record. The files are saved to our Amazon S3 account and show up in the Attachments section on the contact.

Bugs:

  • Outlook Sync - there was an issue with the Outlook sync that caused the entire app to slow down. We have intentionally slowed down the sync process to optimize for the performance of both the Outlook Sync and the app.
  • Broadcast Issues - We fixed a few issues with the broadcast tool this release:
    • Broadcasts that have not been sent within 3 hours of the scheduled time will no longer be sent
      If for some reason, your broadcast isn't sent out with 3 hours, it will automatically be canceled and you will be notified if that happens. This could happen due to usage, server load, etc. This is a backup to ensure your broadcast is sent out at the date/time you have specified, and not during a holiday, weekend, or after hours (unless you want it to)
  • Total Active Premium - there was an issue where the Total Active Premium wasn't accounting for all of the policies for a given opportunity. The total at the top of that column now shows the correct amount.
  • Task Reminders Not Being Sent - There was an issue with task reminders not being sent out. Server settings were updated and the reminders are now being sent.
  • Pending Referrals - For some clients, the status of certain referral partners were not updated properly. It was showing “Pending Referral” when clients had signed up.
