Add Contact will automatically set the assigned owner as the user adding the contact
This can be changed to another user if desired from the drop-down
Built-in campaigns can no longer be deleted
This does not apply to any user-created campaigns
Message thread will display the phone number or email address of the sender when hovering over the icon next to the message
Lost campaign now has controls so a user can choose to send the campaign if desired
When dragging a deal into the Lost stage, there will be an Yes/No option to start the Lost campaign
LightSpeed Voice User ID renamed and displayed at the bottom of the user profile
Only applicable to users who are customers or LightSpeed Voice and are using their native Better Agency integration
Sales Pipeline now displays “Deal Owner” field prominently above the pipeline for easy access
Previously, in order to filter by “Deal Owner” a user would need to perform at least 4 clicks and a loading screen, now reduced to a minimum of 2 clicks with instant loading
