Importing past policies with the same policy number now supported
- Example: importing a book of business that includes policies that have renewed and have the same policy number
Export feature will now export the Better Agency unique ID called “Better Agency Contact ID”
Import feature now supports importing a CSV file with a column for the the “Better Agency Contact ID”
- Whenever the “Better Agency Contact ID” is imported, it will be used as the primary method of deduplication.
- Use case: you want to export a segment of your list out of Better Agency for the purpose of editing your data in something like Excel. When you re-import the edited CSV file into Better Agency, we will apply the updates you made to the spreadsheet to existing contacts in your account by using the “Better Agency Contact ID” to find those contacts.
Exported date fields will now follow standardized format: MM/DD/YYYY (e.g. 05/25/2019)
State filter added to contact list and broadcast filters
Removed “Show Empty Fields” button from contact record
Renewal Pipeline will now show any completed renewals that have future effective dates
- Prior to this, it would only show completed renewals that renewed today or earlier
