Next Action Date

How to create "Next Action" steps for all your pipeline opportunities

Using the Next Action Date feature allows you to create tasks or actions that need to take place on contacts from within any of the pipelines and assign a deadline to those tasks.

Next Action Dates can be created on the sales and renewal pipelines and within the service center pipeline.

  1. The Next Action Date - This is where you specify the due date for this next action step. If the task is overdue, the opportunity in the pipeline will turn red.

  2. Next Action Details - Outline the specific details for the next action step. These notes are visible to anyone who clicks into the opportunity. Note: Once the next action step is completed you can click "Complete Next Action".

  3. Save - Once you have written your Next Action Details, click save to save the Next Action Step.

If the Next Action Step is past due, the opportunity will turn red to indicate you have an item that needs attention.
