Modifying the Task due date

There will be times when you need to change the due date of a task assigned to you. It could be because a prospect isn't answering your calls, an insured is out of town and can't do the annual review for another week, or any other reason that you can think of. This can be done very simply from the Task List. 

 

From the Task List, do the following:

1, Navigate to the task you need to move and click on the blue calendar button to the right of the due date

2. This will open up a calendar that will allow you to select a new date for the task to be due. You can also click on the clock at the bottom of that calendar and change the time that it will be due.

3. Click Save and you are good to go!
