What You Need To Know about importing Commercial Records

Natively, in Better Agency, you can import "personal" records, along with Commercial records

A few things to note:

Cases regarding the csv file first row:


1. In the row there is column "Personal/commercial", if in this column we enter "personal" then the row is considered for personal contact, if we input "commercial" then the row is considered for the commercial record, if there is no input and spelling mistake then it will be considered for personal contact.

2. If contact with the entered email and phone number does not exist in BA, then we will create the contact.

3. Then we will look for the business, if the business does not exist then we will create the business and then create the opportunities and notes for that created business.

4. If the business exists then we will create the opportunities and notes for the existing business.

Cases regarding the csv file second row:


1. In this row, the contact will be created or updated with the entered detail, and opportunities and notes will be created for that contact.

Other fields that are not mentioned in the CSV file will work as they are working currently.
