How to connect a contact to a referral partner
You can easily connect and link a current contact in Better Agency to a referral partner by following the steps below.
Open The Contact Record You Want to Link To Referral Partner
First open up the contact you want to link or attribute to your referral partner by either going to the Contact List or Searching for the contact in the Dashboard search.
Once you are in the Contact Record Page:
1. Click the Contact Details Section for that Contact
2. Change the "Source" and select Referral Partner from the Drop Down Menu
3. Select the Corresponding Referral Partner from the Drop Down Menu and Save
There you have it. You have assigned and linked a contact to your Referral Partner.
