How To Give Customer Support Permission To Access Your Account
Give permission to customer support to access your Better Agency account
We value your privacy and client information so by default, your personal agency information and client information is not accessible by our support team.
To give permission for Customer Support to access your account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your profile and click Edit Profile on the upper right side of the application.
Step 2: Check the box to allow Customer Support access to your account.
That's it! Our support team should already have access to your account!
