This article will walk you through how to export your Book of Business from NowCerts, for import into your Better Agency account.
1. Go to NowCerts.com
2. Login to your NowCerts account.
2. Login to your NowCerts account.
3. Click on Reports in the Left Hand Navigation Panel
4. Click on All Reports
5. Scroll all the way down to (beta) New Reports (44 reports)
6. Go to Policies with Insureds Details
7. Click on View Report.
8. Select "Range".
9. Click on the calendar icon to open Calendar Options.
10. Click on < to go back 1 year from current date.
11. Click on the next day out from current date one year ago. Example, if today's date is 8/16/2022 then you would select a date range beginning on 8/17/2021.
12. Click on dropdown for Policy Status.
13. Click on [All].
14. Click "Run Report".
15. Once the report generates, click on the Export icon to download.
16. Click on CSV (comma delimited).
This will download a CSV copy to your Computer. This is the file you will email to your onboarding CSM to upload to Better Agency.
