To make creating new proposals even easier, Proposals By Better Agency has designed a feature to allow users to create standard proposal templates that can be saved and used for future use. If you wish to edit these templates, follow the instructions below.
1. On the home page of the portal, select "My Account" then "Preferences." Scroll down to see your saved proposal templates on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. If you wish to delete a template, simply select the trash can next to the template you wish to remove and follow the prompt to confirm your selection.
3. If you would like to edit a template, select "Edit" next to the template you wish to alter, make the adjustments accordingly, and select "Update."
*Note: The title of the templates can be edited.
*If you are a company admin and have saved a template for all agents to see and use, you are the only user with the ability to edit that particular template. These templates are distinguished by the label "Company Wide" next to the template title.
Congratulations! You have successfully edited/deleted a saved template.
