How to disable McAfee WebAdvisor

If you are experiencing extreme slowness in Better Agency on a consistent basis, check your browser extensions for McAfee WebAdvisor. This extension interferes with loading pages in Better Agency.

1. First, make sure you are using our recommended browser, Chrome.
2. Click the puzzle piece icon in the top right of your browser, then click Manage Extensions.
3. Look for McAfee WebAdvisor, and click the toggle button to disable it.
4. Go back into Better Agency and do a hard reset
   1. Windows: Press Ctrl+Shift+R on your keyboard
   2. Mac: Press Command+Shift+R on your keyboard
5. That's it! Disabling this extension will dramatically improve page load times and responsiveness throughout the application.
