If you are on a month-to-month plan, please see our terms of service here, and make sure to provide a minimum of 30-days' notice, per our terms of service. To do this, please submit your request using the link above. Please note, if you do not use the link above, it will not register a cancelation request, you must fully complete the form.
If you are on an annual contract, you must provide a 60-day notice to your Agency Success Manager before your renewal date to non-renewal for another year. There is no mid-term cancelation. To submit your 60-day notice, please schedule here. Please note, you must complete your phone conversation for your non-renewal request, per your contract.
