How Do I Create a Custom Campaign for a Lead Source?

Create an Email + SMS campaign for any prospect that comes from a unique lead source, allowing you to tailor the message specifically to them.

You know how important it is to track your lead sources, doing so allows you to know where your customers are coming from so you can spend your time and money wisely.

Better Agency also allows you to send completely customized messages to your new leads depending on what lead source they came from (and what line of business they are looking for).

First, let's head over to "Campaigns" in the navigation bar on the left.

Next, let's expand the "Sales Phase" section and click "Launch A New Lead Campaign".

Now select the Line of Business and Lead Source that you would like to be associated with this campaign. You can also select specific producers who should own the leads coming into this campaign.

Click "Launch Campaign" and we will create a copy of our new lead campaign for you to start from. You can also select "Build Custom Campaign" if you would like to start from scratch or copy an existing campaign.

You can now add steps or edit existing steps to create emails or SMS messages to follow-up with your new prospects. You can also add tasks in there for yourself and your team.

Be sure to turn the campaign on before you leave!

How do I use this new campaign?

You can use the campaign when adding new contacts into Better Agency manually or through an integration with a lead source through Zapier.

Automatically Through Zapier

In Zapier, make sure you choose the Lead Source and Line of Business that match the campaign you created. Then choose "Campaign based off the policy type/lead source combination" for the campaign option and it will start just as expected!
