How do I start the Winback campaign for a Contact I manually created?

This article walks you through how to trigger the Winback campaign when adding a new Contact.

As a user with the ability to create new contacts, you can start an Inactive Contact on the Winback campaign right from the create a contact screen! You can do so my following the steps below:

 

  1. Click on Add Contacts from the menu on the left hand side of the screen



  1. Next, after filling out all of the appropriate contact information, you will see the Contact Type with three different options, Prospect, Client, and Inactive. Select Inactive.

 







  1. After selecting Inactive, you will notice the choices for Active Campaigns will change. You just need to click the dropdown box and select Winback (Lost Clients). 

 



  1. After you click Save Contact, the campaign will start!
