The following steps walk you through how to delete a proposal for a client.
*Please note that once a proposal has been deleted, it is irretrievable. You cannot recover it. If you would like the proposal removed but not deleted, we suggest you archive it instead. Simply enter into the desired proposal and select "Archive" in the Quicklinks box.
- Log into your account by going to www.myins.info.
- Click on the “My Clients” link in the main navigation across the top of the screen if you were not automatically directed.
- Click on the “View” button for the client you wish to edit a proposal for.
- Find the proposal you wish to delete. Next to the "View" button, you will see a trash bin icon. Select the trash bin. A pop-up will appear to confirm your request.
