Your personal picture is used in different forms of communication to your customers. We highly recommend uploading a picture to personalize the experience for your customers.
It is best to upload a square image with at least 300px by 300px dimensions. The system will automatically adjust and turn the image into a circle. Make sure the face/focal point of the image is in the middle of the image.
The following steps walk you through how to change your personal profile picture.
- Log into your account by going to www.myins.info.
- Click on the “My Account” link in the main navigation across the top of the screen, and select “Preferences” in the dropdown menu.
- On this screen, you can set/change your profile picture below your personal information. Click on the “Choose File” button and select the desired picture file from your computer or mobile device. Please note, only .jpg and .png files will work.
- When ready, click on the “Update Account” button.
